City Tour: Mount Faber

Mount Faber is now one of the highest points in Singapore, many other hills having been reduced in size so that their rock could be used for land reclamation.  It stands at 105m (345ft) and provides views over Sentosa Island, the harbour and  the city.  Normally you can catch a cable car to travel over to Sentosa Island, however while we were there it was closed for maintenance.  The Island is now  predominately a tourist island with various attractions and a couple of hotels.  We didn't get the time to visit there, so maybe on another occasion....
