Underwater World

This centre as it suggested concentrates on sea life, but also includes some out door areas with birds and mammals.  There were some good and informative displays and we managed a few good pictures even though the glass.

These are Pacu, originally from the Amazon Basin there were introduced to the waters around Malaysia for human consumption.  They are related to Pirana but are gentle non-carnivores.

A Capybara, from South America, they are powerful swimmers and can stay underwater for several minutes.  They even mate underwater.
