Drying and Sorting

After the curling and further air drying the leaves were then fed through a oven for the last drying stage.  The oven runs at 110 degrees centigrade, and the leaves go through on a conveyor belt.

The last stage of processing is to sotr the leaves into different grades, the larger leaves, the smaller ones and the dust for the tea bags.
